Felicia Penn is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Ultrasound Supervisor in the General, Breast, and OB departments at a leading New York City hospital. She trained at NY Presbyterian and gained experience from top professionals in the field.

Her journey included balancing full-time work, long study hours, and raising two children. This experience shaped her passion for helping others succeed. She founded Gentle Touch Sono Lab to create a welcoming, hands-on learning space where students can gain real-world experience using modern ultrasound equipment.
